How do I bring in my watch for assessment?

You can walk in during workshop hours or send us a message first if you prefer to schedule a time. There is no charge for the initial assessment — we inspect the piece and provide a written cost estimate before any work begins.

How long does a mechanical overhaul typically take?

Most automatic and hand-wound overhauls are completed within two to three weeks. Vintage pieces or those requiring sourced parts may take a little longer, and we will communicate an honest timeline at the time of assessment.

Do you work on luxury or Swiss-made movements?

Yes. The workshop handles a wide range of calibres including Swiss-made movements from well-known houses. We work on a case-by-case basis and will let you know at assessment if a particular piece falls outside our scope.

What is your approach to vintage watches?

Preservation comes first. A condition report is prepared and the client decides the scope before anything is touched. We use period-appropriate materials for luminous compounds and avoid unnecessary refinishing of cases with desirable patina.

Is there a service period or follow-up?

Overhauled movements are covered by a 12-month service period during which any regulation adjustments are carried out at no additional charge. Battery replacements include a check return if the piece stops within 30 days of service.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, DuitNow QR, and major credit and debit cards are accepted. For larger restoration projects, a deposit is requested at the time the scope of work is agreed.
