How Every Job Proceeds

Receive & Assess

The watch is logged, a condition report is written, and the technician identifies any anomalies before any cost is discussed.

Quote & Agree

A fixed quote tied to the written scope is presented. Work begins only when the client confirms in writing or by message.

Service & Document

The agreed work is carried out. Overhauls and restorations are photographed at key stages and recorded in the client file.

Test & Return

Mechanical pieces are tested before handover. Timing results are shared. The client is notified when the watch is ready for collection.

Battery and strap service

SERVICE 01

Battery & Strap Service

RM 85

A careful battery replacement paired with a full strap or bracelet assessment. The technician examines gasket condition, tests water resistance pressure where applicable, cleans the case exterior, and fits a matching battery. Strap work includes link resizing, spring-bar replacement, and leather conditioning. Suitable for everyday quartz pieces, smart-hybrid watches, and fashion timepieces brought in for routine upkeep.

  • Crown gasket inspection and case pressure test (where applicable)
  • Case exterior cleaning
  • Strap or bracelet assessment: link resizing, spring-bar renewal

Mechanical Movement Overhaul

RM 650

A full service for automatic and hand-wound calibres. Includes complete disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning of every component, renewal of mainspring and gaskets, precision oiling at seven jewel points, timing regulation on a six-position stand, and case polishing by request. The workshop documents each stage with photographs stored in the client file. Recommended every four to five years for pieces worn regularly.

SERVICE 03

Vintage & Heritage Restoration

From RM 2,850

A careful, fully-documented restoration for heirloom and collectible watches. Work covers hand refinishing, dial relume using period-appropriate materials, movement part sourcing through trusted suppliers, crystal reshaping, and case resealing. Each restoration begins with a written condition report and an agreed scope of work so the client can choose preservation over replacement wherever possible.

SHARED STANDARDS

Protocols Across All Services


Secure Custody

Every piece is logged on receipt and stored securely on the premises. No watch is passed to third parties without explicit client consent.

Timing Verification

All mechanical pieces are tested before handover. Results are documented and shared with the client.

Client Data Protection

Client records are handled in accordance with Malaysia's PDPA. Data is not shared, sold, or used for unsolicited marketing.

Current Lubricants

Only current-generation watchmaking oils and greases from established suppliers are used. Oil type is selected to calibre specification.

Two-Point Communication

Clients receive a message when the assessment is complete and a second when the piece is ready. No more, no less.

Five-Year File Retention

Service records and photographs are retained in the client file for five years and available on request.
